At Cooly Pet Spa, we have certain terms and conditions in place to ensure the best experience for both our furry clients and their owners. Here are our dog grooming terms and conditions:

Appointments: We highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to guarantee availability as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment for any reason, including safety concerns or if we determine that the requested services are not suitable for your pet.

Personal Belongings & Loss: Please remove any personal belongings from your pet before the grooming appointment. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Grooming Requirements: All dogs must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be required before providing any grooming services.

Health Condition: If your dog has any specific health issues or sensitivities, please inform us beforehand so we can take necessary precautions during grooming.

Individual Dog Assessment: Our groomers will assess each dog’s coat condition, behavior, and specific grooming needs upon arrival to provide the most appropriate grooming plan.

Matting and Extra Charges: If your dog’s coat is severely matted, an additional fee may apply due to the extra time and effort required for dematting. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Grooming Results: While our groomers strive to meet your expectations, please understand that the final results may vary due to factors such as coat condition and temperament.

Behaviour & Aggressive Dogs: You are responsible for disclosing any behavioral issues or aggression tendencies your dog may have before the grooming appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue grooming services if we determine that your dog’s behaviour poses a risk to our staff or other dogs.

Release of Liability: By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to release Cooly Pet Spa from any liability resulting from grooming services provided.

Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of completion, unless prior arrangements have been made. We require at least 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please note that there may be extra charges for extensive dematting, specialised services, add-on services as agreed upon. A 10% surcharge applies to all grooming and treatment add-ons on weekends and public holidays.

Social Media: Dog owners agree to photos being taken of their dog for the purpose of being published on social media or our website.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information as necessary to provide the grooming services and for record-keeping purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate the grooming services.

By adhering to these terms and conditions, we aim to create a safe and pleasant environment for every furry friend that visits Cooly Pet Spa.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means.
